Seuol Korea Visa Trip

The Elders refer to the visa trip as the "Golden Ticket". It is beautiful in Korea with extremely friendly people. We take care of our visa renewal and stay at the dorm's of the Seoul Korea Temple. This is yours truly pointing to the North where the Temple is. It is up a very steep street that is marked only by these two signs above my head. Double click the picture for a bigger version. We were in shock because all the pictures we have ever seen of the Korean Temple make you feel that you are out of the big city in some more rural setting. Wrong!!! it is almost in the center of the city. It is very quiet and peaceful on the Temple grounds. You do feel like you are in a rural setting. It was great.

This is a picture as you come onto the Temple site. Everything is groomed to perfection and it is soooooo peaceful.

These are two tourists that posed for a picture. The Sartori's were kind enough to take our picture. They are a wonderful couple from the Salt Lake area. We attended the MTC together and traveled together to Russia. The Sartori's are serving a Church Education System (CES) mission while we serve as proselyting and office missionaries all the Vladivostok Russia mission.

Here is more detail on the lush green landscape surrounding the Temple.

Yes more landscape. It is truly beautiful!!

Wow! That does look quaint. It looks a pinch like the Chicago temple. Now you can say you've been to one more temple around the world. Cool!
