This is what happens after Alice feeds the troops. We didn't have Turkey so it isn't the Tryptophan. These Elders work hard and eat seriously, therefore it was time for a little snooze.

We had a great time with the Vladivostok Elders. Some were on visa renewal so this is not everyone. In fact the Elder in the chair in the middle is President and Sister Pratt's son. He is in the process of returning home from his mission in Chile. It was quite a temperature change for him to come from summer in Chile to winter in Vladivostok. He returns home at the end of the month for his release and the start of college.

Here is the KING of Bling*****. We had a white elephant gift exchange and President Pratt received this wonderful scorpion necklace. I told him now all of the missionaries will be wearing them!!!

This another picture of President with his new gift. This is a great picture of his personality too. A great man doing a great job!!!

This is sister Pratt right after being freaked out by the white elephant gift she received. The box was a really nice looking gift. It had a little window that you could see in and look at a nice journal. When sister Pratt took off the cover of the box to look more closely she noticed a toy snake. Yes she is easily upset with a snake and let out a pretty good scream. Every time she looked at it she shivered and shuttered. As you know in a white elephant gift exchange you pick your own gift. So it was the perfect gift for her (actually it was the perfect gift to see her receive). I think there might be a regifting event going on soon.

That reminds me of the white elephant gifts that we use to do at the office Christmas parties. Miss you!
It looks like you had a new kind of family this year. Those boys are pretty lucky to have you two to take care of them.
How fun! I'm glad you guys got to spend the day with all those elders. We sure missed you.
Looks like you all had a very Merry Christmas! How fun. Love you!!!
